“the visco elastic guys were really helpful at the store but after you buy it they would do something like ignore your request for help or make you wait for hours in there hotline…I know there is not much support needed in using a mattress, but thus was an expensive investment and I wanted to do everything right…I called the support when I stained it, when I accidentally poured acetone on it and started to have this awful smell, but never really got help from visco elastic…I was lucky enough that the web was full of resources that made it easy for to feel at ease about my mattress…the sleeping really was a no brainer that it was just pure comfort…”

“the visco memory foam mattress we had was terrible, I think it was to be expected coming form a cheap yard sale, but I have expected more form such a top of the line product…the owner said it was only used for three months…it did a good job in the first month but the visco memory foam mattress sagged in the middle and some smell was coming out of it, we tried cleaning it and laundering, adding conditioners but nothing really changed…we threw it away, we never even tried selling it because we know it was just terrible…I suggest brand new and taking really good care of your visco memory foam mattress, its not that cheap anyway…”
